Votorantim was on the cusp of becoming one hundred years old and considered the actions needed to improve its work and preserve its original entrepreneurial spirit. Thus, the 18.18 Program was created, aimed at transforming the Votorantim group and building for the next 100 years. Coordinated by the innovation and strategy consultancy Symnetics, Straub Design participated in this movement, seeking to connect, engage and train leaders and teams for transformation, strengthening the collective intelligence between different businesses and generations.
As a premise, history and legacy were valued, seeking to harmonize the past, present and future, empowering the new generations and highlighting the modernity and dynamism of changes. Then came the name and slogan '18.18 - It's my turn to make history'. In collaboration with Votorantim, Symnetics, Rico Lins and specialists in the creative economy, Straub Design developed a brand with striking typography, transmitting solidity, modernity and longevity.
Through a collaborative process, the name, brand, identity and format of the program were conceived, which included courses, lectures, events, fairs, workshops and product and business promotion. A communication and relationship strategy was also planned for the organization's leaders, CEO's, directors, managers and advisors, in addition to society's leaders.
